When I got my tax return in April (around $1,400) I put it all in a forex account. I’ve been trading forex for less than a year, and got most of my knowledge from watching YouTube videos, so I didn’t have to pay for any courses. I started off with small trades and as my knowledge grew, so did my confidence in the markets. I started off with small trades and made larger trades based on my research. To be successful in forex, you need to know how international markets behave and how politics affect them. Also know how your local stock market is behaving in relation to forex. I made most of my money from gold since April and from a $1400 initial balance (my seed money) I was able to make it grow past $10,000.
At this point, I’ve started withdrawing $1,000 into my bank account every week as long as my remaining balance stays above 10k. So is it possible to get rich from forex? Absolutely. You just need to do a lot of your own research into what makes the markets tick and start with small trades.
Metatrader 4, the platform mainly used to trade forex will even let you open a dummy account which you can use to practice making live trades until you are ready to do the real thing. You can use metatrader4 on your smartphone or on your PC, maybe even Mac!

I must note that I have had some losses since I started trading in November 2018, but they are nothing compared to the gains I have made. Much better than trading stocks, but I still dabble in them.
The beauty of the forex market is that it’s open 24hrs a day 5 days a week, so you can make trades whenever you want while they are open. Just remember to do your own research first, and it wouldn’t hurt to enroll in a short, inexpensive course, as your initial investment, especially including your time and some brain power, will make the difference of whether you become a successful trader or not. Anything is possible.
My favorite part of forex is that I’m able to make my money work for me while I also make money at my job as a nurse. Life is good. All the ingredients to success are out there, you just need to put in the time and effort and always remember to trade carefully, accept small losses before they become big ones, and trade with a level head. Good luck! Screenshot included showing proof of my recent trading activity. I had to pause my trading since last week as my grandfather passed away and I needed to fly home to make funeral arrangements. Will resume soon.
